Al-Noor Primary school raised a smashing £719.33 on 15th January 2016 for Crosby of Edens CoE Primary in Carlisle which was closed down due to flood damage in December.

Al-Noor held a hot chocolate and cake sale and a non-uniform day to raise the money and children learned about the floods in class and have started blogging with pupils from Crosby of Edens school.

Due to overwhelming collective help the school has since managed to re-open its doors only a week late into the term in temporary accommodation.
